Multi-functional Building

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design documentation for polyfunctional building and will be supplemented with a specialty from the air-conditioning branch. The building is situated in the town Velká Bíteš and it's located at 336/1 and 336/8 about the total area of 5110 m2. The building has a L-shaped ground plan consisting. Has got three above-ground floors with partial basement. The building is designed as masonry structure with sharpened clay blocks Porotherm 38 Profi with thickness 380 mm. The ceiling from structure prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The roof of the building is suggested as a single-coated flat roof. The building is covered with a ventilated facade from fiber cement board and thermal insulation is mineral fibreglass insulation Isover Multimax. The building is located on the first floor of the fitness room, on the second floor are offices and on the third floor there are 4 flat.

The dissertation thesis Parish chronicles as a source of religious and social history using the example of commemorative books of parishes in the deanery of Velke Mezirici brings the first complete view of the issue of the existence of parish chronicles and their use of the modern historical work in the field of religious and social history. It tries to highlight the important role of ego-documents to reconstruct the history of the life in the parish. In addition to the evaluation of the positive effects of the chronicle as a work of art, commemorative or official books, the thesis includes closer look at different types of documents and the structure of their scripts. Posouzení kvality života obyvatel ve Velké Bíteši

This graduation thesis deals with the assessment of the quality of life in a village. For the research and subsequent assessment of quality of life was chosen the village of Velka Bites. The main aim of this work was to identify and describe key problems and identify lack in the quality of life. In the first part the theoretical knowledge drawn from literature. In the second part of the research was made by questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the research was designed solutions for the community, which would contribute to the whole quality of life. Suggestions for improvement are for the mayor and for the municipal council members.
